The assault caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport where 21 people sustained injuries by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
